Masanori Tsujikawa and Emi Konishi have joined the team of KTS (Sueyoshi & Sato).
Masanori has handled a variety of M&A matters for both Japanese and non-Japanese clients, including privately held and publicly traded companies, start-ups, medical corporations, and private equity funds. In addition, he has been involved in numerous litigation matters involving antitrust, international disputes, contract disputes, and employment matters. He has also dealt with competition authorities in many antitrust cases. Masanori also counsels clients on corporate advisory matters and has experience as an external corporate statutory auditor.
Emi has a unique experience of approximately 10 years working in various types of companies, including a leading patent law firm and a consumer products manufacturer in Japan. With a special emphasis on the information and communication technology field, she has an enthusiasm for tackling challenging technical/legal issues arising from the emerging data-driven society. Emi graduated from Tokyo University of Foreign Studies and is fluent in languages.
With the addition of Masanori and Emi to our team, we will strive to further develop and strengthen KTS’s expertise on intellectual property and general corporate matters to help our clients achieve both immediate and long-term goals.
