Yuya Suga has joined the team of KTS (Sueyoshi & Sato). For approximately 5 years, Yuya has focused his practice on M&A and general corporate matters at the leading law firm in Japan. Having also worked at the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Yuya is familiar with the legal practices of various types of listed companies. With the addition of Yuya to our team, we will strive to further develop and strengthen KTS’s expertise in M&A transactions and intellectual property disputes/negotiations to help each of our clients achieve both immediate and long-term goals.
