Wataru Sueyoshi has handled general corporate law and intellectual property matters in addition to representing clients in a wide range of litigation. The numerous articles and books he has written have been published in recognized journals and by distinguished publishers. Some examples include “An Introduction to Sueyoshi-style Intellectual Property” and “Trademarks (5th edition).”

Masanori Tsujikawa graduated from the University of Tokyo Faculty of Law in 2004, admitted to the bar in 2006, and received his LL.M. from the University of Chicago Law School in 2012. Specializes in M&A, corporation law, antitrust, international transactions, litigation/dispute resolution, labor/human resources, and other general corporate matters.

Yasu Sato has focused his practice on intellectual property disputes. His practice involves patent infringement litigation, trade secret misappropriation, copyright infringement litigation and unfair competition cases. He worked for Sughrue Mion PLLC in D.C. in 2013 and Kenyon & Kenyon LLP in NY in 2014. He is admitted to practice in Japan and New York.

Yuya Suga has focused his practice on M&A and general corporate matters. After working at a major law firm for four years, he joined Sueyoshi & Sato in 2023. He has experience working for Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. and is familiar with the legal practices of listed companies in Japan.

Emi Konishi graduated from Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, Faculty of Foreign Languages, Russian and East European Course, Russian Language Major. After graduating from the university, she worked for about 10 years at companies, including a leading patent law firm and consumer products manufacturer. She joined Sueyoshi & Sato in 2023.
